Setting up a plex server

Hello!

I will try to explain my situation as briefly as possible. I have an android tv 65 inches 4k HDR capable and i would like to use plex server in order to create my own “netflix” movies and tv shows. In addition i would like to have a cloud storage in order to save all those movies and tv shows along with my personal photos and videos. What’s the beat solution for me ?

  1. Should i buy a NAS device where i can storage my data( movies, photos etc.) and then use an old computer as a plex server to stream my movies and tv shows ??

  2. Buy a NAS device use it as a plex server and at the same time as a cloud storage ?? Or it would be useless because i don’t need anything to transcode since my tv supports 4k hdr content ?
