Should media keys forward / backward be working?

Found this old thread which never was resolved: Media Keys No Longer Work Plex Web

Curiously the Play/Pause media key does work. But not forward backward e.g for next / previous title in music.

Is this a known problem?

They don’t.
You can find a list of available shortcuts and supported (media) keys by clicking on your user icon on the main screen (top right corner) and selecting Keyboard Shortcuts.

Thanks. That works. Do you know whats blocking support for forward / backward media keys in the browser?

Maybe fixed or at least improved in Plex Web 4.47.1 .

Working as expectd in PlexWeb with PMS 1.20.5.3600 w Plex Web 4.47.1.
