Show a message to people who access the server

I use the share server feature to share with a lot of different people. It'd be really useful to be able to, as the owner of the server, display a message to anyone who accesses the server.

 

For example, when I want to upgrade to a version of PMS, I'd be able to post a message a couple of days before to warn people that the server won't be accessible for a while.
