I saw a post about sign-in issue using third party apps. But my situation is different, it’s not just third party app. Even when downloading plex desktop app and trying to sign-in I am getting errors. I can’t seem to login at all. https://watch.plex.tv/ or app.plex.tv all does not work at all. I get “We were unable to complete this request. You will be redirected automatically.” I use User/Email and Password to login with OTP.
I am having this same issue and genuinely getting so frustrated I want to delete my account but I can’t even do that because every time I try access advanced account settings it requires an additional log in which the same error occurs. I’m at my wits end so much to the point I was forced to email the billing team to have my issue resolved as they don’t have a dedicated tech support team for emails.
Same issue here. Reinstalled the server last night after a year running on Linux. Switched to Windows. Now can’t login, same “Unable to complete this request” error.
I also have the same issue, trying to configure a new server on a Mac Mini, keeps throwing me in login loops, can’t get a claim code, can’t reset my password and log out from other devices. Driving me crazy at the moment.
It just worked again … I’m a bit speechless.
