Smart Collection Filtering with Commas and Semicolons

I want to create a smart collection for various artists and then create a manual collection with it so they are hidden from artist view in the library. These various artists always have commas and semicolons to separate the individual artists. When adding , or ; to a contains filter it acts as a separator for multiple contains. (This seems unnecessary simply because you can add multiple contains filters to do the same thing.) How do I get , and ; to register as a string instead? Is this possible?

I don’t think it’s possible at the moment.
From what I’ve seen, Plex will remove certain characters from the filter criteria (or use them as separators).
