[Solved] My server runing on TrueNas only accept transcoding and do not allow direct play

I dont know why it can only do transcoding (maximal quality is obviously the original bitrate) but not direct play is possible if I disable transcoding… On my Nvidia Shild Pro Plex Server the Direct Play was working on all webbrowser on windows at least. What should I check ?
I own the plex “Yearly Remote Watch Pass”. To use my pass I need the direct play to work.

You are watching a video with ass subtitles. Browsers can’t handle some of the formatting in these types of subtitles. Check your player settings. Set the subtitle burn option to “image only”. That should convert the subtitles to basic formatting which may allow direct play.
