Today I have received the message that a new version was available.
It said that I was running version 1.41.6.9606 and that 1.41.6.9685 was available.
But, clicking on “Download” the version was still this: “PlexMediaServer-1.41.5.9522-a96edc606-x86_64_DSM72”.
Of course, I could not install it because it was seen as a downgrade.

Plex v.1.41.6.9685-d301f511a is a Beta release, you need to set Plex Settings > Server > General > Server update Channel to the Beta channel in order to download the Beta releases.
v.1.41.5.9522-a96edc606 is the current Public channel version.
I have it set to Beta, that’s why Plex told me to download it or it wouldn’t have done it
As I said, the version when I clicked the button was the wrong one.
P.S.
I have just tried again and it is still the wrong one.
UPDATE: The issue has been corrected now.
