Hy everyone,
i have run plex and plexamp for a wile without any problems so i am a bit off/forgotten how to set preferences.
my problem:
somewhere after newyear i lost external library acces in plexamp, not a problem because i had enough download/local storage. but when i was trying to grasp why my library was blocked i logged off to log in again and yep no acces to external library ánd no local either… jammed in startup so to speak .
So i though i need to update the server and nass and done.
well no.
my synology nass stated :
port forwarding rules disabled.
due to changes in the default gateway settings, the port forwarding rules feature is disabled check network settings.
i used poort 32690 and that worked for a long time.
so i think security updates/imporvements got up to a point that it don’t work anymore.. 
i also have a VPN default active on my nass so i don’t know if that’s jamming plex?
is there a guide for dummy’s in gateway settings?
i want to give someone els also external acces on her phone for instance which worked for a wile but now it’s “broken”
in plex i got this:

i have a mess router set up wifi but the nass is lan connected by wire.
and i have router ( my own) set behind the router of the provider (lan in lan)
which worked for years without problems. (provider is only ITV and gast wifi and phone)
rest is provide by my home network.
How do i need to read this:
does my provider’s router blocking?
does my nass’es vpn blocking?
did synology changed the rules of external acces and closed a “gap”?
i can think in debugging steps but i don’t know in which order where to check settings and what should be set correctly. So any directions in this matter would be nice.
