Hi,
I updated my PLEX server (running on a 2012 (?) macbook pro, MacOS 10.14.6) a few hours ago as I’d just added music media to my file system and was about to run a library rescan.
The rescan has been refusing to pick up the new media files.
Trying to investigate, the issue seems to be SQLITE throwing an exception when trying to add items for new bands, albums or tracks:

It was certainly fine a few days ago, though I’m not certain when I last updated Plex server software (prob a few weeks).
