The next thing weâll do is to have you get back into PMS and go to each library section and âEmpty Trashâ & âClean Bundlesâ

No. EMptry trash cleans out old records from the DB which PMS doesnt need anymore.
It marks them as âdeletedâ
Clean Bundles tells it it can free up any unused metadata files (Files which arenât attached to actual indexed media items)

dont this will remove the movie, etc entry from the gui itself if the files happen to not be there at the moment?

yes, but am not ready to clean the trash as dont wanna plex deleting the ui entry itsellf as am working on building everying backup. now if u tell me this is cause of my issues then i will be in a loop
