Start an item currently in queue

I am trying to start an item currently in my Queue by using the server command:

https://code.google.com/p/plex-api/wiki/PlaybackControl

 

But cannot get it to work.

Then I sniffed around in the webinterface and it seems like the interface is sending the request directly to the client on port 3005. Why is that? Is there any way to start the item using the server commands?
