Did you check the Plex Plugin debug log? You may also try accessing the channel right after it returns that message. It may just be that it didn't make a connection to Subsonic quickly enough. Also make sure you have a trailing / in the URL for the Subsonic channel settings.
Hey - thanks for your help. I do have the trailing "/" in the URL, so that isn't the issue. Here is a snip from the log which I think may reveal the problem:

PS - I tried deleting the system and framework bundles and restarting Plex, but that didn't help.
Could it have something to do with the Subsonic "context"? Mine is set to "/", and I see that the plugin is looking for the "prefix" to be "/music/subsonic". I experimented by changing the Subsonic context to match, but it didn't seem to make a difference.
I feel like the issue is due to the version of Plex you're running which doesn't support ArtistObject. I'm running 0.9.9.16.
I seem to be having the same problem as many others, "This channel is not responding." has this plugin been abandoned? Using the latest plexpass PMS and Subsonic, running on arch if that makes a difference.
