On Plex free movies, tv, and news, there are NO Subtitles. For people who don’t hear well, this is like, well. I think you get the idea. Let’s get subtitles working for the web content.

Are subtitles available?
Subtitles are coming soon and will be available for many of our titles, however we’re not able to guarantee availability for our entire catalog. We’re limited to what our content distributors provide.
That being said… I believe that’s been in the FAQ for quite some time. I believe I’ve seen individual movies with subtitles or at least being mentioned in the forum
