Support for SBCs (single board computers like raspberry pi, banana pi, orange pi and other "cakes")

I appreciate works on Plex Media Player but it is only one side of the coin. Many people using those small computers not as smart tv boxes but as media servers. At this moment to use my banana pi as plex server i have to download one of the NAS versions and use some voodoo tutorial found on internet to make it work without annoying information about transcoding. My suggestion for features are:

  1. packages that can be used on those devices (preferred Debian .deb packages, as most of distribution for SBCs are Debian based)
  2. server distribution in addition to Plex Media Player
I understand that i should probably do one post for one feature but in general those to are two branches on same tree - support for ARM computers.
All those “PIE” computers are compatible with each other, that should simplifies works to two or three versions based on CPU. Why not just one? Because I don’t believe that some computers, like i.e. Banan Pi M3, are not powerfull enough to transcode, and should have this feature unlocked.
