Test plex.direct name resolution and alert users quickly if its failing

AndroidTV 'new video player' uses plex.direct names in URLs and that causes name resolution errors

Server Version#: 1.19.1.2645-ccb6eb67e Player Version#: 7.31.0.16802 so, as many have noted over the years, Plex doesn’t seem to play nice with Android TV’s especially Bravias.
