Just found this after doing a dumb move on my library. I’ve changed the path of my main music drive, and from this point forward, every scan is running for hours also.
The odd thing here is that today is the first day I’m facing this problem. Not a single issue before. I’ve been messing around with my settings to see if I can find something but so far it keeps doing a full scan everytime I press the scan button.
And I second your disapointment towards Plex support.
