The Plex Server stopped working

sudo: ufw: command not found
osmc@osmc:/etc/default$

Can’t do it

osmc@osmc:/etc/default$ sudo apt-get --reinstall plexmediaserver-installer
E: Command line option --reinstall is not understood in combination with the other options
osmc@osmc:/etc/default$

My fault. sudo apt-get install --reinstall plexmediaserver-installer

I reinstalled it, rebooted RPi and the same thing

Did you try http://192.168.1.154:32400/web as well as https://192.168.1.154:32400/web?

Also let’s take a look at the last log entries: sudo tail -n 30 /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application\ Support/Plex\ Media\ Server/Logs/Plex\ Media\ Server.log

As I said, no logs are generated. I have only the old one, as a result of your command.

osmc@osmc:/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server$ sudo tail -n 30 /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application\ Support/Plex\ Media\ Server/Logs/Plex\ Media\ Server.log

I suppose you do not have anything to lose, so please clean the Plex data and start from scratch:

# stop pms
sudo systemctl stop plexmediaserver
# clean PMS data
sudo rm -r /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/
# start pms
sudo systemctl start plexmediaserver

It Works !!!strong text

Thank you so much.
Actually, I added the same folder, and it crashed again, but recovered later on its own. Now it is working. I am not familiar so I have to play a little more.
I didn’t see left hand menu before, so my old installation was not complete.

Than you very much for your help and patience.

Ziggy
