"There was an unexpected error loading this library" and "Unreachable"

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1554
Player Version#: 3.108.2

Mac OS X: 10.14.6 (18G95) Mojave
Google Chrome Browser: Version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Over the past week an issue has developed with my Plex Server losing connection to libraries on an external drive, showing “There was an unexpected error loading this library”.

I transferred the files to a new drive and deleted the original libraries. Then re-added the libraries to the server. One of the libraries seems to be OK, but a second is still showing "“There was an unexpected error loading this library”. The second library has a number of sub-folders containing files. The library appears to add only some of the folders and does not add metadata for them or play the files within.

Also, on the dashboard page I get the following, even though the server is running:

I have optimised the database, but that made no difference.

The Films library currently works and is on the same external hard drive as the TV Programmes, which does not work.

The server log is here: Plex Media Server Logs_2019-09-14_11-16-49.zip (3.4 MB)

Thanks in advance for any help solving this.

I guess it’s your lucky day to repair sqlite3 databases
Be good about making your backups and proceeding slowly.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks @nibbles - It worked  :raised_hands:
