Hello, i am getting the above error when trying to access any vids i have placed in my ‘tv’ shows library. From ‘home’ screen when viewing my server i can see that new files have been added but it will not show them when i go into the ‘TV’ folder. I can see whats been added in the ‘recommended’ tab however cannot play the file. Other folders such as movies, sport, kids which i have created are absolutey fine. Also when viewing my plex via my tv i have the same problem where i can see the files on the ‘recommended’ tab, but when trying to play them i see a Red ‘Unavailable’ marker next to it, when i got to the ‘library’ tab in the TV folder it shows the same above error msg.
My NAS driver/server is a DS216+II , My Plex app is ver : 4.36.1 accessed via Firefox and using windows 7 on a Sony Vaio FW21L ( yes very old, but has served me well )
Sorry for War & Peace, very new to all of this , i did go to the forums and look for possible solutions but i found them all a bit confusing and difficult to follow commands/suggestions that were given. I’m not sure how or where to find logs that could show what is going wrong. I would really appreciate any advice/help you can provide. I have managed to attach a screenshot if that helps in any way.
