third party lib in channels

Hi All,

 

I have two questions.

 

1.  I want to use the 'dateutil' library to work with time in a channel.  I want to convert a EST time into the user's local time.  How would I go about including this module for usage in the channel?

 

2.  I have written a channel to watch NHL games via the NHL GameCenter Live (would be nice if I can display the game start time in the user's local time, see question 1), how would I go about getting this in the official channel directory?  Or would it be better to just put it on github?
