Sounds more like you had created multiple accounts at some point. I suggest it might help to rule this out before claiming it’s all lies.

What do you mean? I have one account with that email address and i can logon with either username or email address. The email suggests i did not have a username. I clearly do. Its what I log on with. The proper noun should be “mistake” instead of “lie”. Using “lie” is implying malicious intent.

Hey BW, now that I’ve read [Implemented] Alias instead of plex.tv usernames and Edit Profile | Plex Support again, it is clear that I had misunderstood. Would be nice for the server admin to set their own nicknames for their unmanaged users, though.
