Well then you know all of your options. Up to you to decide what you need the most. Actor thumbs or your desired posters.
You shouldn’t have issues getting covers if you have multiple agents active, if it cannot find them it works through the agents till it does, make sure you are not deactivating them. If you continue to have issues I would post in the agents forum as this is not a PlexConnect issue and you are more likely to get the necessary help there.
Can you read? I just explained that I know how to do to bring up the menu. The problem is that there is no thumbnails on the actors.
