I´m not sure but i think i remembered when i choose "More" and the list of actors it was a smal picture of them.
Now i don´t see that anymore. I have newest version of both PMS and PlexConnext running on OS X 10.9.2 and iOS 6.1

If you are in a movie just press arrow down on your remote after you have selected the movie. I’m not sure if it’s the same for TV shows.

Can you read? I just explained that I know how to do to bring up the menu. The problem is that there is no thumbnails on the actors.
Have to agree with wahlman.j, I read it the same way he did, you never mentioned that you had plane images instead of the actual thumbnails, you just said you seemed to remember thumbnails and wahlman advised you where they were.Can you read? Now that you have shown you know how to get them and that they are blank all I can say is Mine still shows the thumbnails so it sounds like your PMS is not caching them.(or maybe an issue with them being transcoded to the correct size etc)
Check in the desktop or web client, if they are not showing there then it is likely the way you have set up your agents for that section.
Might be an issue with PlexConnect. Found a bug yesterday, that I need to fix... not sure if this is related.

Hm true you cannot see the thumbs on the desktop or web clients as far as i can tell.

Try putting "MoviePosterDB" first in the list, if that doesn't work try the same for "The Movie Database".
You may need to refresh the section.

Well then, please provide a log (stop PlexConnect, set loglevel=High, start PlexConnect, recreate your issue, ...).

I am pretty sure it is an agent issue, one of the ones i mention must be above freebase.
If not as Baa says we need a log.
As far as I know “The Movie Database” is the only agent that returns actor images. So if you only use freebase or another agent or “The Movie Database” isn’t the first agent in the list then I don’t think PMS will pull in actor images.
Ok when i have "The Movie Database" first in the list i get thumbnail on the actors.
But then i have trouble with covers for some movies.
So i have to manually download and add covers.
No, just select and hold on a movie icon and you can change artwork to a version you like better.

I would do that if any artwork was downloaded but "The Movie Database" hove problem to find cover of some movies in my collection.
Then you can add the artwork manually via PMS a Media Manager.
