You have to suppress a directory and restart Plex. I have not my iMac with me. I give you come clues :
- ~/Library/Application support/Plex/… Something with files**.tbn**. There are a video, picture and application folders. Just suppress the application one.
- I remember having read something about this on the forum. But where ?
I hope this can help
well, what did do the trick was removing the video section of the userdata/thumbnails/ folder, however thats not really an option since it also removed thumbnail art from my entire library. and of course restoring the folder returned the images to their old, incorrect state.
Some of them might be in the userdata/thumbnails/Programs directory. I browse the folder in Finder and it displays the thumbnails.
nah, tried that, nuking thumbnails/programs didnt help, just the video one, and theres way way too many images (~8900) to look through all of them visually
I’ll see if I can find a fix for that issue in the next release, it’s been bugging me for ages (sorry about it).
