Small bug(s): I’ve been listening to the “Rolling Stone: Best Songs of All Time” playlist on Tidal with 455 songs in it and when I try to shuffle it creates a randomized list of the first 50 only. When it gets to the end of the list it stops. I’ve tried to reshuffle a number of times and it’s always the first 50 on the playlist.
With Plex this does not happen on my Wife’s Christmas playlist with 200+ songs from our local library. Shuffle gives you an initial randomized subset from the full list and when you get to the end it generates more.
Instead (bug 1) Tidal gives you a random ordering of the first 50, not the full list, and (bug 2) when the player reaches the end of the initial shuffled subset it does not generate more from the remaining.
