Title will not always change

Hi

Do anybody have an answer to how come that not all changes in Plex on a movie title stay as it is changed to? I guess 95% of the changes I make stays that way. Then I have the last 5% that I can change over and over again but the result is the same. Next time I open Plex it is back to the wrong title.

I use a WD My Cloud Home NAS.
