I am 71 and rely heavily on my son in law to fix my computing problems. However he is unavailable at present so decided it cannot be that hard so I have given a go. It is now totally beyond me. And I don’t know what to do or who to turn to. Everything was working fine until last night when the wife and I sat down to watch The Good Doctor via my PC to our smart tv.It just buffered the whole time, played for exactly 15 seconds and then continuously buffered for the next 20 minutes. It played just fine on my PC. I cannot see the poster on my TV any longer and all I can get are the items that are down the left hand side of the app. None o my own media, movies, tv shows and photos all seem to have disappeared… I just don’t know what to do, how to set it up or just give it up and hope my son in law can eventually come and repair it for me.
Shouldn’t make any difference but I am in Australia and a bit shaky on my feet and as far as computers are concerned slow on the up take. So sorry for the rant. Any help would be appreciated. I have a plex pass too if that means anything. Thank you
