Track watch status across multiple episodes when they share the same underlying file

Hi,

I have a TV Show that has multiple episodes per file. In Plex they show up as each episode, but the same file is being used. From my researching there is an ability to mark each episode that shares the underlying file name to track watch status across them. This does not seem to be working. I have testing on the Windows App, the Web player and Android. Is ti a setting within Plex that I have to enable? I couldn’t find anything related to it in the settings.
