Transcoding fails to desktop

I’m having an issue when I enable transcoding. This seems to only happen on my macbooks (I have an intel one and an arm one and tried firefox and safari on both). I can direct stream perfectly, no issue. If I enable transcoding, video plays for a few seconds in transcoded format and then just hangs, I get the spinner, never continues. Transcoding works perfectly to my iPhone, iPad, I assume to apple tv.

I’m running Plex in a container on Unraid and am using an RTX 2060 for transcoding. I just noticed this today, not sure if this is a new thing or not.
