Can I transfel My lifetime plex pass to another of my my accounts?

I don’t think you can.
If it’s possible, you’ll probably need to reach out to https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing

  1. Delete the target account
  2. wait one month
  3. change the email address of the account which currently has the Plex Pass, so it gets the email address of the deleted account.
