Server Version - not quite latest, one behind I think but it’s down right now:

And it seems to launch Plex, which is odd since the first thing it says it shut it down, so not sure this is doing the right thing. The SQLIte.exe is only 26K so I figured a wrapper around the SQLite .Dll probably. But no output from it, and as soon as I run it, Plex server comes up.
Look in the latest Plex Media Server.log
It tells the version number right at the top.
You can find it in the Plex data folder, in the subfolder Logs.
If your command line is starting the server instead of performing an SQLite command, you must be doing something wrong with how you are invoking the exe.
