True photo library "management" instead of just viewing.

Feature Suggestions

Please consider beefing up the Photo library feature to allow users to fully manage their photo library from within plex, and the plex apps, instead of just using plex as a nice library viewer.

Needed Features:
-Ability to change the “sort” on a per Album (folder) basis.
-Ability to move pictures between different albums.
-Create new albums from a selection of pictures.

Features that would be nice:
-View EXIF data
-Basic photo editing. (enhance, birghtness, saturation, etc…)

There is a huge lack of decent self-hosted photo library managers, this would be a fantastic addition to plex considering you already have beautiful apps on pretty much every platform.

Plus one on this one. Moving Photo’s between albums would be great. Especially when you use the camera upload feature. I would like to be able to move videos to the right folder/album and what not.

Would be great to be able to delete a photo from mobile apps as well! Agreed, there are really no good self-hosted photo library managers, if plex could pull this off I’d be happy!

I have read through the forums and while this isn’t a wildly popular request (imo im amazed its not), I agree photo media deletion feature is a desired library enhancement to the mobile apps for me. Strangely enough I am able to remove media from the video library, just not from the photo library. Please make this happen… as well as highly consider the other photo management items suggested above from OP @relink, as those are great feature requests.
