Six seasons of episodes for a TV Show. For some reason when the show name is selected via the TV Shows selection the ‘next’ show is always shown as S6, E7. In fact we are still watching S3 items.
If I open up PLEX on the server (via browser) I will see the correct placement of the episodes we have watched.
Additionally if I open up seasons and episodes that have been watched and select “view play history” it does not show any information on when it was played – essentially a blank screen.
There must be something I am missing here.
What are the rules/procedures/other to get the PLEX database to recognize played/unplayed items and record a history of such activity.
