Thanks all for your help - earlier in the year, here in Atlanta, our local CBS affiliate channel.. lost their CBS affiliation, and CBS went and stood up a whole new tower and channel and err’thang. I presume thats the root of the issue, regardless of the why; I’ve removed and readded the DVR in plex several, several times. I’ve scanned for channels countless times prior to turning here for help. I can pick up everything else, just not the new CBS channels.

Also, I believe its pertinent to include the fact that, in the TV Tuner cards native application, WinTV, it successfully is able to pick up the local CBS affiliate and all of its sub-channels, so I am 100% convinced that the card is working and there is no hardware failure. I know, often we jump to certain conclusions so I included a screenshot to prove this much
