TVDB Media Scanner not working anymore since update to 1.14.1.5488 (movie scanner works)

Player Version#: 3.77.2

Plex Server is running on Ubuntu 18.04
Plex Client on Mac OSX 10.14.1

When i add a new TV Series or fresh metadata I am getting this message since the last server update but only for TV.

curl gets a timeout but why? How can i debug this? Or does anyone have a solution?

I’ve got the same error

[com.plexapp.agents.thetvdb] Plug-in took too long to start, returning error.

end than it’s trying again for three minutes without results. Can’t know the reason for it though.

  1. Accessing the server requires your “PlexOnlineToken” be added to all curl queries of your server. This is how security it performed. You add &X-Plex-Token=<token_value_here>

  2. May I see full DEBUG logs (ZIP) ?

two things:

  1. 1.15.0 is now out
  2. Before doing anything, I recommend deleting all you find under "/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-in Support/Caches"
  3. Force rescan of all your files.
