Anyone with knowledge on UDP calls to control Plex?
Hi all Plex-users,As I have developed a 2-way interface for Plex on a HomeControl unit, I always are confronted by the slow response in the interaction with Plex using the HTTP API. As already mentioned in earlier posts UDP could solve this issue. As my HomeComtrol unit now also has the ability to use UDP, I was looking to find how to use it. The documentation is however very limited. Is there anybody out there (or maybe the dev team) how can give me the first steps to use it...development for my unit takes place in javascript .. but a clear general explanation would do ;)
The only thing I found at this moment is some XBMC documentation but it leaves out some essential details (like what is the structure of the HELO call ... and if it is always necessary ..)
