Unable to find Sonic options on Nas

Player Version#: PlexAmp 4.12.2

Plex hosted on Synology DS218 DSM 7.2.2-72806 Update 3

I am unable to find the Sonic Analysis options on my Plex Server

I have checked all the relevant places people have mentioned in other posts, but I cannot seem to identify it.

I also cannot see any comment that it is unsupported on my Synology NAS.

Any ideas/advice?

Do you meet the requirements that are listed here (Plex pass, no ARM-based CPU)?

Thanks, looks like the processor is ARM based…
