Video downloads now have sound in a Unknown (AC3 5.1) format which, Plex says it doesn’t recognize. We need a codec to support this new sound format!
This means an AC3 5.1 surround sound track, and is supported by Plex!
Unknown simply means that the Audio track didn’t have a language code
As such, moved to general, and suggest you re-tag with relevant server/player, as well as more info

Yes, I find now that Roku does not support D.Digital hence no sound on AC#(5.1) took the Roku back to the store. and have now the Amazon Fire tv which apparently will do the job. Havn’t tried it yet sill figuring out what kind of name I put into Plex, in place of Roku Fire tv?
