Unable to record from iOS app

Hi,

I have 2 libraries configured for TV shows and when I try to add a new recording from my iPhone on one of the libraries I get " Response error Code: 400" and I can’t add the recording, if I change to the other library it works fine! If I use the web interface I can add a recording to the library that does not work on the iPhone.

I checked all the settings between the libraries but could not see any difference, I also tried creating a new library and I get the same issue with the new library. I checked the permissions on the file system and everything is the same there.

I am running Plex on a QNAP NAS - Plex Server version is 1.7.3.3937 and the iPhone has all the latest app updates.

Anything else I can check?

Thanks

I still get the same error with server version 1.7.4.4017.

I see this in the Plex Media Server.log

Would be better to see full logs around time you tried to schedule recording on your iPhone. Just replied to another thread last night where the user was getting database corruption errors that were seen in the log. Can;t tell much from this one log line.

I’m pretty sure its a bug with the iOS software as it works fine from other clients and on the web, only have the issue when selecting the library on the IOS app.

The logs are huge and don’t show much that I can see, even in debug mode. Whats the best way to share logs with plex to investigate these issues?

Upload the zip file to this thread. Include the date/time you tried to schedule a recording so the entire log does not have to be reviewed.
