Unable to stop a DVR recording that has passed

I can’t stop a previous schedule recording, it just keeps spinning and says it’s recording. i’ve uninstalled Live TV & DVR and it didn’t help.
I’ve cancelled the series as well and it’s still there.

what is spinning ?

You mean Delete DVR action ?
Did it disappear in DVR Settings ?

And what happened after going through DVR Setup again ?

Have you modified the scheduled recording to cancel it ?

Can you get screenshots of the actual DVR Schedule, actions taken and outcome and logs with debug logging enabled for when you try to cancel and can’t

I just reinstalled the plex media server and all is well
