Universal Watchlist Filter Keeps Disappearing

Universal Watchlist filter keeps disappearing after selecting Recommended, and then selecting Watchlist. This happens on both the Windows desktop player and the web client (chrome Version 121.0.6167.140, and Firefox Version 122.0 (64-bit)). It returns after restarting the player, or refreshing the browser page, and can be repeated on multiple Windows computers.
