I did some testing outside of my network with friends accounts to which I’ve shared access. They’re still getting offline messages. I’ve included their screenshots. The server has been up and healthy for days and local playing is no issue at all.
@ChuckPa do you need more logs from me to figure out why they can’t connect? Thanks!

Please use my updated UserCredentialReset tool and reclaim it.

After PMS restarts, Force-reload the browser page (Control + F5 on most)
Tool worked fine but I still can’t access it remotely. It’s accessible locally (shows as ‘nearby’) but if I use my Plex app on my Android and turn off wifi so that it uses cell data, it won’t connect (says it’s Currently Unavailable). I’ve closed and restarted the app several times. When I go to the web version on my phone via cell data, I get the same error.
Could it be an issue with my router?
See where the server is showing you Unknown IP?
That’s the problem.
The container can’t get out to the internet and back in.
Is that set as HOST or Bridge networking?
Is the port forwarding going to the right IP address?
I look on Plex.tv and your server reached out and registered(via the script) but it can’t talk properly
