The irony is when I just looked here:

Which is newer than the version I have according to my Plex:
Version 1.22.3.4523
but the interface keeps wanting me to upgrade to
plexmediaserver-r9k-1.23.3.4707-ebb5fe9f3-armv7.tgz
Has anyone tried the annapurna deb according to the download page over the top of an existing Plex? I’ll try tonight, if not.
I can confirm that the above download, for an RN214 series Netgear, over the top of 1.22.3.4523, used to upgrade simply from the Netgear interface appears to work and my Plex now says that it’s up to date.
Why it’s not being pushed as a proper update yet, I can’t imagine.
I’ve been using the annapurna for about a year without problems, but they’re not offering it anymore. My latest version is Version 1.33.0.2444-a220eae4, which is weird. This version was pushed to me.
That’s the player version, not the media server version.

July 10th and still no deb packages?
I got the 1.23.4.4775-b7e0c30f2 deb package from the server download page and installed it. There is a trick to it though. Go to https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/. Login to your account using the button on the upper right of the page. Now turn on the Plex Pass Downloads switch and select your device type. If you do not login, you get the older tgz file.
I think I will give that a try.

Did you not get the deb or did the deb not work?
The .deb we were looking at did not work but GOOD NEWS! - I was just pushed a new release: annapurna_1.23.4.4805-186bae04e_armel.deb. IT works fine and I’m now updated!
I spotted this today and have successfully installed it.

NAS:
Netgear Ready NAS 212; firmware 6.10.5 Hotfix 1
and the same issue is back 
This is the .deb update thread. I just received a notice and downloaded .4931 on 8/23. I don’t seem to be having any problems.
