Today I got a notice that PMS had an update, so I opened the command line ssh into the raspberry pi that I am running plex on and updated to the latest version. Now when trying to access it through a web browser I get this site cant be reached 192.168.0.102 refused to connect. Plex web tells me that my server is unavailable. Is there a way I can fix this or roll back the update? I should also include that OpenMediaVault which is also installed on this Pi can be accessed so its just PMS
How long did you wait for PMS to boot up? It could take a while if it’s performing database updates.
If I remember correctly I think the latest update took a few minutes to boot up on my server with a large database. I have NVME and 24 cores assigned to the server so a RPi could take longer…
If it’s been like 5-10 minutes you should kill the app and manually zip the logs and then post here to analyze.
