Upgrade taking hours

Hi guys,

Trying to upgrade from the above version and the auto install sits on upgrading for hours:

" The server “” is installing an update

Grab a cup of tea. This may take a couple of minutes."

Is there a manual way to update this? I can’t seem to find a helpdesk article on it for upgrading windows server version (find plenty of nas articles)

Nevermind, download and install fresh on top worked.
