URLError: <urlopen error timed out>

on SYNOLOGY with ARM, XBMC .nfo still not work even with the last version of Plex ( 9.7.12 )



All my movies are in separate folders with for each movie : .nfo .tbn file wwith exactly same name as the .avi file

Do you have one idea why I have this critical error and how I can resolve it ?

What I have seen is that it seam that http://localhost:32400/library/metadata/6398/tree is more quicker to get than http://localhost:32400/library/metadata/6398
