When my mate watches anything on my plex from his PS5 i never see any history for his account? why is that and how can i fix it? everybody else’s account works fine?
i’m running Version 1.25.9.5721 of plex server/
Is this playback device in the same local network as your Plex server?
Or did you perhaps provide him a VPN connection, to connect his home network to your home network?
all mt mate just use the plex app at home without vpn, he’s the only one who’s history i cannot see. if he uses the smart tv i can see his history
