User name to get into Plex TV

I used CCleaner to clean my PC and now I can not get signed into Plex TV on my PC. HOw can I find both the user name password for my account?

I am 99% sure that the password I am using is correct and it is probably the username that is giving me the problem. So I need find out which is used. Both username and passwork would be great.
