Username has already been taken

I deleted my account(google) by mistake and when I want to recreate it I have the following message :
“Username has already been taken”

Can I regenerate my account? (with google account)

When you deleted the account, you were informed by a message box that the email address will be locked for a month, so a new account cannot be created with the same address.

You can either wait a month or request the restoration of the old account.
If you’d like it to get restored, please send me the old email address per PM.
