Using Clonezilla to clone /root & /var (including PMS ) to new drive - issues?

Task: I am about to embark on a mission to use Clonezilla to clone my /root (which includes /var/plexmediaserver etc.) and /home partitions from my existing SSD to a new SSD into larger partitions.

Just a quick question. Will this move/clone affect PMS and the ability to playback my media which is contained on an external HDD? ie Will it somehow lose a connection to the media library for some reason. I don’t think that it would but I’m not sure. Just thought I’d better check before ploughing onward!
